We just returned from a camping trip and so the kids’ lunches were made of all of the random leftovers.
The Contents: Salami, cheese and crackers, watermelon, cantaloupe, carrot sticks, celery stuffed with cashew butter, a mini blueberry muffin and Cashew Clusters.
The Details: Nothing fancy here…have you tried Cashew Clusters? So, so good. Just the right amount of sweetness and an extra kick of fiber and protein. I find them at Costco, in the snack food area.
The Verdict: Not enough lunch for any of my kids. Guess I’ll have to fill up that empty space around the mini muffins.
