What a crazy week.  I don’t know why, but everything just felt rushed.  Next week will be even crazier, so I think I am going to have to get a bit more organized.  Today’s lunch was another not-so-inspired lunch:

The Contents – Zucchini Pie Muffin, mini banana muffin, teddy grahams, fresh oranges, apple bites and pluot slices.

The Details – I do love having the frozen muffins ready to go.  My kids have really enjoyed them and its nice being able to just pull one out and know they’ll be thawed by lunch.  I need to try a few other versions as they are a nice alternative to sandwiches.

The Verdict – The good news is that my kids don’t seem to care that I’ve been feeling uninspired this week!  I will try to do better next week.  No one went hungry, I guess that is all that matters!
